Balbirnie House

Simone and Mike married in Balbirnie House in Glenrothes.  Simone had a real idea of the look she wanted to create for her wedding day.  A dreamy romance with an enchanted forest feel.   We used logs and foliages adorned with candles through the ceremony to start the style then switched to tree like stands on the guest tables which looked fantastic against the fairy lit curtains.  The ever-talented Photos by Zoë kindly let us in to see the images of the day – a visual feast we are sure you will agree!  Liggy’s cakes provided a delicious naked cake, which sat upon of bark cake stand between pillars of natural crawling greens – so perfectly on trend!

Carberry Tower

This year we have definitely seen more small intimate gatherings like James and Anna’s wedding at Carberry Tower in August.   Lovely natural gathered styled bouquet with softest eustoma and astilbe mixed with thistle and craspedia to give the Scottish, rustic twist!

Hopetoun House

We are continuously updating our online galleries.  Our latest new wedding to feature is Nicola and Matthews spring wedding at Hopetoun House with perfect photography from the lovely Rankines.  Our favorite detail of this wedding has to be the fireplace collection in the Tapestry room – 2013 has definitely been the year of gold leafing and gilding for us!
