Dundas Castle

When Rankine Photography recently sent over a disc full of amazing images from an array of weddings we have worked on over the past year we almost burst with excitement! We cannot thank all of our photographer friends enough for all their support and generosity in sharing their amazing images with us! It was so difficult to chose one set of images from the selection Jackie from Rankine Photography gave us so we decided to start with this little gem at Dundas Castle first. Over time we will hopefully give you a sneak preview into some other special weddings Rankine Photography have captured beautifully.

How ridiculously gorgeous is this image of the brides Cymbidium orchid trail?!

Keeping the Cymbidium orchid theme going, Ann-Marie decided that her flower girl should carry a wand with orchid detail - too cute!

We accented bay trees at the entrance of the Keep with mini garlands of orchids.

Keeping the table designs low and unobtrusive keeps the room quite informal, great for smaller more intimate weddings. Ann-Marie sent us such a sweet email shortly after her wedding.

"I just wanted to thank you so much for the flowers at my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and I could have cried when I saw them all. I had so many compliments from people on them which was nice and it was lovely seeing all the different little bits and pieces throughout the castle on the day. I couldn't have asked for anything else as they were just so perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much for all your help and original ideas as I just wouldn't have got that with anyone else. You played such a big part on my day and helped to make my day perfect and I am really grateful of that. Thank you again."

Thank you so much Alan & Jackie of Rankine Photography

Mansfield Traquair

Nothing like a vibrant, colourful wedding to cheer us up on such a wintry day!  Loved this orange and lime wedding at Mansfield Traquair in the summer - especially the apple accents.

The Assembly Rooms

Rob McDougall kindly shared an image of the table set up from the Radio Forth Awards 2009 at Assembly Rooms with us. There was so much going on the table we needed to keep the design clean and simple!
